The Lavassan Villa holds special significance due to its location in a mountainous site, offering views of the mountains on one side and the city of Lavassan on the other. This unique positioning called for the creation of a specific and tranquil atmosphere. Therefore, the first step in the design process for this project was to establish a broad and open framework for the balconies and full-length windows, allowing for an unobstructed connection with the surrounding natural and urban landscape.

The integration and seamless communication between the different floors of the complex have been achieved while maintaining a respectful level of privacy between i ndividuals and the public areas. Careful attention has been given to ensure that guests do not disturb the private spaces within the villa, and that the sounds emanating from the gathering areas do not disrupt the tranquility of the safe spaces. This thoughtful design approach ensures a harmonious coexistence between private and public areas, allowing for a comfortable and enjoyable experience for all occupants of the villa.
This is achieved by ensuring that all floors of the complex have the opportunity to embrace the natural landscape of Lavasan city and make use of the outdoor spaces freely. Occupants can enjoy the scenic views from both private and public areas, at any time and in any location within the complex. This design approach allows for a seamless connection between the indoor and outdoor environments, providing a sense of freedom and unrestricted access to the beautiful surroundings.
