Living at GREAT LEVEL OF LUXURY
The Yas Residential Complex, located in the city of Nowshahr in the northern province of Iran, holds significant importance in the region due to the height of its floors and the dual views of the sea and mountains. Creating spacious balconies and open living spaces made the project a significant challenge for AJ Design Studio.

Client's Requests
1.Land Utilization: Utilize 90% of the available land for construction.
2.Building Specifications:
Structure: A five-story building with a rooftop garden.
Fifth Floor: A single-unit apartment designed for a family of five, including:
Children's bedroom
Master bedroom
Guest room
3.Usage:
Top Floor: The top floor will serve as an office for architectural and construction purposes, as per the client's and partners' request.
4. Other Floors:
First to Fourth Floors: Each floor contains two units. Each unit includes:
Master bedroom
Guest room
5.Design Preferences:
Materials: Emphasis on the use of high-quality, luxurious materials.
Interior Layout: The plan should ensure that upon entering, residents feel a sense of spaciousness and comfort.
6.Lighting: The building should allow ample natural light from both the southern and northern sides.
